Spindexer first pull request - utilizes setVoltage(), no PID/FeedForward, and has spin, reverse spin, and manual control commands.

Duplicated logic and code of Flywheel and adjusted it for Spindexer
Added the Spindexer objects to the robot container (sorry for so many pushes)
Final draft of the Spindexer - got rid of old logic and PID (not necessary) and replaced with spin, reverse spin, and manual control commands (latter for testing).
